An
application is made and accepted subject to the following conditions:
1.
Lettings
are deemed to commence at
3.00
pm
on the day of arrival and cease at
10.00
am
on the day of departure. Latest time
of arrival is
9.00
pm
.
2.
The
Management reserve the right to decline acceptance of any booking or to expel
any visitors for conduct detrimental to the Park or comfort of others visitors.
No Refund will be given.
3.
Accommodation
may not be occupied by more than berths provided. Cots (available on hire) may
be used in lieu of one berth. Touring
pitches must not exceed the number of persons on the booking form.
4.
The
Company is relieved from liability should the accommodation or pitch not be
available due to circumstances beyond its control, in which case the money paid
will be refunded in full.
5.
We
trust that when you leave your accommodation it will be left in a condition in
which you should wish to find it – clean and tidy.
6.
A
condition of booking now is that we receive the cash balance 6 weeks before your
holiday commences.
7.
All
holiday bookings cancelled less than 6 weeks before holiday dates must be paid
for if the proprietors are unable to re-let, unless covered by the Holiday Cancellation Plan.
8.
May
we point out that a booking is a contract and in the event of cancellation no
monies can be refunded unless covered
by our Holiday Cancellation Plan.
9.
Dogs
and other pets
must be kept under control and on leads
at all times and not allowed to interfere with or annoy other persons in the
park. Under no circumstances may pets be left in you accommodation
unattended when you go off the park. Also at time of booking please let us know
if you are bringing your pet as there are a limited number of designated pet
vans. Certain breeds may be refused
10.
At
the beginning or end of the season or for reasons beyond the control of Little
Trevothan Caravan Park, it may be necessary to alter or withdraw certain
amenities or facilities that have been advertised.
The right to do so is reserved accordingly.
11.
The
Proprietors reserve the right to refuse or refund any booking.
12.
Cycles
are allowed on the park provided they are ridden slowly. No cycling is allowed
after dusk. No motorised scooters
allowed only the disabled type.
13.
For
the general comfort of all, undue noise will not be tolerated between
10.00
pm
and
8.30
am
.
14.
For
the purpose of maintenance etc the Proprietors reserve the right (even in the
absence of the occupants) to enter the accommodation at any time as necessary.
15.
A
charge of £10 will be made for each returned or unpresented cheque.
16.
We
can only allow echo friendly groundsheets
17.
We would advise you to
take out your own Holiday Insurance to cover loss of personal possessions ( to
include your tent/caravan).
18.
FORCE
MAJEURE. We regret we
cannot accept liability and no compensation will be payable where the
performance or prompt performance of our contract with you is prevented or
affected by ‘force majeure’. In these Fair Trading Terms, ‘force majeure’
means any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in
question could not, even with all due care, have
foreseen or avoided. Such circumstances may include war, threat of war, riot,
civil strife, industrial action, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear
disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, and all similar events outside our
control.
