We couldn't agree more here at Little Trevothan in Coverack.  July is our favourite kind of month - twice over!

At the start, there's a peaceful hush as guests arrive for a relaxing escape before the school holiday begin.  These quiet weeks are perfect for soaking up the calm, reconnecting with nature and simply unwinding.

Then, like a joyful wave, the energy shifts as schools break up and the park comes alive with families - both new and familiar - all ready for their well-deserved summer break in the Cornish sunshine.

Think:

• Wandering down hidden beach paths
• Discovering tucked-away cafes and cosy pubs
• Listening to the sounds of nature
• Splashing in the sea and playing on the sand
• Ball games and laughter in the playground
• Evening BBQs and toasted marshmallows under starry skies

This is what Little Trevothan is all about: laid-back, carefree holidays - whether you're at Little Trevothan with children or without.
