Walking in May
WALKING IN MAY WITH "iWALK CORNWALL"
WELCOME TO THE "WALKING IN MAY" BLOG
Strap on your boots and get ready TO LAUGH!
Welcome to May, the month when walking becomes the latest trend, and frankly, the best way to show off your new fitness tracker! That's right, folks, it's Walking Month, and there's no better place to celebrate it than with the picturesque trails of iWalk Cornwall.
Why Walk?
Well let's face it, running is overrated and who wants to sweat that much! Walking is the perfect blend of exercise and leisure, plus it's an excellent excuse to dust off those fancy boots you bought last year.
Health Benefits
Apart from the obvious cardiovascular perks, walking is also great for your mental health. Imagine strolling through Cornwall's scenic paths, breathing in the fresh air, and feeling the stress melt away. Infinitely more fun than walking on your treadmill or listening to calming sounds on your phone!
iWalk Cornwall : The Experience
iWalk Cornwall offers a variety of trails to suit every walking enthusiast. Whether you're an avid trekker or someone who just wants to take a leisurely stroll, there's a path for you.
The Trails
· The Coastal Path: Perfect for those who enjoy the sound of crashing waves and the possibility of spotting a pirate ship.
· The Woodland Wander: Ideal for nature lovers and anyone hoping to make friends with a squirrel.
· The Historic Route: For those who want to combine exercise with a bit of educational enlightenment. You might even spot a ghost or two!
Tips for Enjoying your Walk
· Pack Snacks: Because nothing ruins a good walk like a case of the munchies. Plus, those squirrels might demand a toll.
· Dress Comfortably: While it's tempting to dress like a model for an outdoor magazine, comfort is key. Save the fashion show for Instagram afterwards.
· Bring a Friend: Not only is walking more fun with company, but it's also beneficial to have someone to share the blame with if you get lost.
